In 2022 I was part of the team that started IOEN — the Internet of Energy Network — applying that thinking to grids. Today I lead AgenticScale.ai and its AgenticGrid.ai platform, shipping AI-powered simulations that let every stakeholder in the energy transformation work together.

The Arc · 01
The work I've shipped over the last several years is one continuous thesis: that the next generation of critical infrastructure runs on agent-centric protocols, that the cognitive capital of running it belongs to the people who build it, and that AI is finally the right interface to make it usable. AgenticGrid is what that thesis looks like in production.
2017 — 2021
Five years inside the protocol — building RAD tools and hApps at Holochain.org and Holo.host. Agent-centric thinking became muscle memory.
2022
Internet of Energy Network — part of the founding team. First crossover of Holochain thinking and grid modelling: community-driven energy markets on agent-centric infrastructure.
2023 — now
Agent-based simulation of the Australian electricity grid. Power-flow modelling, agentic AI, 3D network visualisation. Currently a RACE for 2030 project at Monash University.
Next
Co-founding with Arthur Brock. A sovereign, agent-centric network for federated grid simulation — every Australian zone substation, every plausible 2030 scenario, owned by the commons.
The Thesis · 02
AgenticGrid serves a different but equally critical function depending on who's looking at it. The thesis is the same in every case: AI-powered simulations that let every stakeholder in the energy transformation work together.
For regulators
Every scenario is signed, content-addressed, reproducible. The Australian Energy Regulator can re-run a DNSP's RIT-D submission against current AER inputs in minutes, not months. Independent review becomes structural, not a separate verification pass.
For network operators
Every cleaned topology, every Optuna-tuned calibration, every 2030 DER scenario contributes to a corpus that every other operator benefits from. Stop rebuilding the same zone substation. Start sharing the work that makes the next decision faster.
For the commons
Sovereign agent-centric federation on Holochain. Public hosting on Holo. Contribution attribution and royalty distribution via Unyt. The network knowledge under management belongs to its contributors — not to a SaaS vendor.
